Seems they have GONE OUT OF BUSINESS…
Seems they have GONE OUT OF BUSINESS yet still taking orders.
My order that I paid for never ARRIVED (listed as in stock and arriving in 3 days), no reply to my emails, the contact form on their website isn't working. There have been no updates to any of their social media accounts since August 2022, when they were active on it prior to this. There is a phone number but it is engaged at all hours, I called numerous times including out of hours and always engaged. Very suspicious. I will be informing trading standards etc, this place should be shut down. No order and no communication.

Big SCAM avoid at all costs. I've never had this happen before. One call to the number and its engaged. DO NOT USE!!!!

Rubbish
Made a order on 28th September, got email confirmation, next thing I know order cancelled no notification, no explanation, doesn’t answer emails, phone constantly busy.
Would not recommend, trash company, take your money else where.

DO NOT USE!
I only took a chance as they had a PayPal option and thank god I did.
They messaged after taking my money to say they had over committed on stock and they would have to refund me.
After 5 days of my PayPal payment still pending I phoned PayPal to me told they were not able to get the money back from this company but because of their protection policy they refunded me while I waited on the phone.
Again do not use!

Communication non existent
Communication from / to G2G is non existent. Contact numbers are always closed. Emails sent no answer. So if you want to contact them forget it. Saying that the postage was very good. Mind you I did pay for it.

AVOID Item not received
Item not received could never get through on any of the numbers the site was provided, multiple emails sent no response in end has to log with bank as fraud and have them try recall my funds back AVOID

Don’t know till you try
First time of using this company, even though it is quite local to me,so didn’t know what to expect. The time scale caught me out a bit, so make sure you understand this. Even so, good company,does what it says but I wish it was quicker

Terrible customer service
I loved FunBridge until they gave me a 45% price increase on an auto renewal. I ask for a cancelation with no response. I appealed to Paypal and again, they did not respond. PayPal refunded my cost from this unsavory vendor!

I'd never heard of this website but had best price for the game by a significant amount. Had various payment options.
I was kept up to date by email from the order to dispatch to delivery. Arrived really quickly.
I'd DEFINITELY use them again.

The product was in perfect condition…
The product was in perfect condition and delivery was faster than expected. The only reason for not giving 4 ? is because there was no clue anywhere on the box to say that the parcel was for me. Luckily after looking for a clue for about 10 minutes the lady in Argos asked me to describe the item in order to be able to collect it. A little weird but hopefully I am the only one this happened to. Still, can't say I'm 100% satisfied with the service.

As of writing it's only a 1-wrong item…
As of writing it's only a 1-wrong item (birthday present for my nephew's birthday party this week-item that arrived is actually what I got him for Christmas) delivered Saturday, reported incorrect item and currently awaiting response. Hopefully come Monday it's swiftly resolved in time for the party.

Cancelled two of my orders.
Cancelled two of my orders.
Placed two seperate orders for two games on Feb 17th.
Waiting for shipping notification and nothing , so e-mailed customer service. As soon as I did that I got a reply and both orders were cancelled and refunded.

I was told it was becuase they were now out of stock of these games. I then checked the website and found that the game was listed still, but for a more expensive price that what I had paid.

Clearly this is horrible customer service, you need to keep better track of what you have in stock and not list items you don't.

Just got the same e-mail back saying sorry. That was it.

Very helpful and quick to resolve my issue
I bought a Nintendo switch controller from them a few months ago. One of the buttons got stuck so I sent it back to them for repair. They quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new one! Adam was very helpful via email, I’d highly recommend using them.

Not great I ordered 2 x Luigi's Mansion…
Not great I ordered 2 x Luigi's Mansion (order 100111419) on Nintendo Switch only to be told they had over sold and so cancelled and refunded me. Okay these things happen but I checked again under 2 weeks later to see it is back in stock at £51.99 over double what I paid. Thanks for the courtesy discount code but that means little to me you should of honoured the price and just waited until it was back in stock then fulfill the order.

Abysmal customer service - avoid at all costs
When something goes wrong with an order you find out how good a company is and unfortunately like all other reviewers on here I found to my cost this company is abysmal when it comes to customer service - you simply get ignored - just like this review will get ignored by them. They just ignore you and pretend you don't exist - don't buy direct from them - at least if you purchase from a "Storefront" you stand a chance of getting a refund.
